    I got all my ribbons in a timely manner, everything spelled correctly and in the correct front and colors. I was upset that because of my lettering, I had to order a longer ribbon. Happy they offered the longer ribbons as alternatives, but displeased at the same time as now the ribbons I've received are too long. Since the writing is at the end of the ribbons, there is no way to trim them without ruining the integrity of the ribbon. I purchased the precut ribbons.
