Great quality/fast turnaround
The ribbon is softer and higher quality than grosgrain ribbon I have purchased elsewhere, the metallic text is very metallic and the turnaround time was very fast! Will definitely be back to buy more!

Need more experience in ordering!
This was my first time to order so hopefully I will be better at it if I order again. I thought I was getting a green color I could use for Christmas but ended up with the wrong green. My choices were Apple & Forest Green. The Forest Green looked too dark so I went with Apple. WRONG CHOICE. Also, thought the text would be larger since I elected for the company to choose the font size. And there was too much space in the repeats (which was my fault because I selected a 3 inch repeat because I was going by a sample I had from someone else). I now have 100 yards of a color I cannot use at Christmas. Hopefully, I will do better next time.

Perfect product perfect service...
The price per roll gave me pause as I only needed 30 yards (hey Ribbon Warehouse how about offering guests a shorter run?) BUT the product is once again sensational, just as my previous orders. I am a loyal customer and recommend to friends as well..
